Payments within Ukraine

Prepayment & Cash on Delivery
 • Made-to-order items:
If the item is not in stock, we require a 50% prepayment. Production begins once the prepayment is received.
The remaining balance can be paid when the item is ready or via Cash on Delivery with Nova Poshta.
 • In-stock items:
We can ship items via Cash on Delivery with Nova Poshta with a small prepayment, which depends on the item’s price.
This prepayment is deducted from the total cost of the order.

International Orders

Payment via Payoneer
We accept payments through Payoneer, a secure international payment platform.

How to pay:
 1. After your order is confirmed, you will receive a Payoneer invoice via email.
 2. Click the payment link in the invoice.
 3. Select your preferred payment method:
 • Credit or debit card (Visa / Mastercard)
 • Bank transfer
 4. Complete the payment following Payoneer’s instructions.
 5. After successful payment, you will receive payment confirmation via email.

Important:
 • Payment is processed in the currency stated on the invoice.
 • Payoneer fees may apply to the payer and/or recipient according to Payoneer’s terms.
 • Orders are processed after payment confirmation.
 • If payment is not received within 3 days, the order may be canceled.
