Delivery within Ukraine
 • We ship via Nova Poshta after the order is placed on the website (if Ukraine is selected as the destination country).
 • We will contact you to confirm recipient details.
 • If you have questions about your order before placing it, you can write to us in Instagram Direct (we respond daily from 09:00 to 21:00, no days off).
 • We can also ship via Nova Poshta internationally with full prepayment.

International Delivery
 • We ship jewelry from Ukraine to all countries, complying with customs and tax regulations.
 • All shipments are subject to customs clearance at the destination country.
 • Each order is accompanied by shipping documents, including a customs declaration and commercial invoice, stating the full value of the item.

Duties and Taxes
 • We are based in Ukraine.
 • When delivering to another country, additional charges may apply to the recipient:
 • VAT may be applied according to the destination country’s laws;
 • Customs duties may apply depending on the item and its value;
 • All taxes and customs fees are not included in the order price and must be paid by the recipient directly to the courier or customs authorities.
 • The amount of duties and taxes is determined by the destination country’s customs authorities and may vary.

Important Information
 • Jewelry made of precious metals may not qualify for duty-free thresholds.
 • We do not undervalue items on customs documents.
 • If customs fees are refused, the order may be returned or disposed of.
 • Delivery times depend on the destination country and customs processing and usually range from 2–4 weeks.
